Hawkstone Properties Plc is a privately owned, property development and investment company founded by Philip Noott in 1997. Since then, Hawkstone have gained a reputation for high quality developments throughout the UK.

The current portfolio is comprised of retail, leisure and mixed use, residential and office schemes nationwide, many of which are retained within a £115 million investment portfolio.

Hawkstone's success is a direct result of maintaining close working relationships with tenants, agents, banks, funding institutions and consultants. With this platform, the aim is to continue an aggressive programme of development and investment over the next few years.
