- Hawkstone manage the entire development process from start to finish, allowing the completed investment to be sold at enhanced values or retained as portfolios.
- In York, Hawkstone developed 45,000 sq ft of prime retail accommodation in Davygate with Standard Life and concluded lettings to Borders Books, JJB, French Connection and Discovery Store including a Grade II listed Chapel. The scheme subsequently received an RIBA and Civic Trust Award.
- In Portsmouth, Commercial Road, Hawkstone redeveloped 30,000 sq ft for Insight Investments dealing with existing tenants, planning for the demolition, rebuild and re-letting to Sportsworld and Mothercare.
- A former Boots store was acquired in Reading and redeveloped totalling 50,000 sq ft of retail accommodation jointly with Standard Life, for JJB, USC and four other retail units with an end value of £25million.
- Hawkstone are currently working with Aberdeen Asset Management in delivering a £52m leisure and retail development to extend an existing shopping centre to include 117 bed hotel, 8 screen cinema, 6 restaurants and a 30,000 sq ft food store.
